Description of the campsite
Strandcamping Waging am See, in Waging am See, extends over 36 hectares in Bavaria, among large, old trees and Alpine foothills, with a panorama of the Chiemgau and Berchtesgaden Alps. It offers eight pitch categories, as well as Wood-Lodges, sleeping barrels and holiday apartments. The restaurant has a terrace by the lake, and there is a beach promenade, a sunbathing lawn and a wellness area. Children enjoy a programme with water balloon battles, treasure hunts and football training. The fitness and sports room, of about 300 m², is free for customers. Dogs are welcome and have an agility area. From here you can visit Munich and Salzburg. Opening dates are best checked with the campsite.
