Description of the campsite
Campingplatz am Bärenbache, in Hohegeiß, is in a quiet side valley, with a south-facing slope and plenty of sun. It has large plots, double or single, a tent meadow and fully equipped rental caravans. Dogs are allowed. Next to the campsite there is a forest pool with a 50-metre basin, a baby pool, a slide and a diving board. Numerous trails run through the Harz National Park, and the historic narrow-gauge steam trains go up to the Brocken. This corner of Lower Saxony has a herb garden. Opening dates are best checked with the campsite.
