Description of the campsite
Zum Wilden Michel is an estate in Furtwangen, in the Black Forest of Baden-Württemberg, near the Linachtalsperre reservoir. It works as an events venue: almost every week there is music, from rock to brass band music, electro, theatre and cabaret, and there may be partying until 2 in the morning at weekends. Between the campsite, apartments and unusual accommodation it hosts about 120 people, and the rustic restaurant works with regional products. Dogs are allowed, and once a month dog-and-owner teams solve a mystery case together. You can book bath barrels with a hot tub function, rent e-bikes and sign up for yoga classes. The Triberg waterfalls are about 20 minutes away by car. Opening dates are best checked with the campsite.
