Description of the campsite
Campingplatz Allensbach occupies five hectares of meadow beside the Gnadensee, under old trees and with no cars on the site. It is in Allensbach, in Baden-Württemberg, and is open from April to October. It has 87 pitches, some beside the water, and a tent meadow with about twenty metres of shoreline and views of Reichenau island. Eleven wooden cabins are for rent for families with children or small groups, six cabins with a terrace over the shore and ten simple rooms for cyclists. Dogs are welcome and free on the pitches. Next to the public beach there is a school for paddle boarding, windsurfing and wingfoil, and Reichenau can be visited by bike.
