Description of the campsite
Camping Do Paço is on the banks of the Âncora River, in Vila Praia de Âncora, in the district of Viana do Castelo (Portugal). The river, considered one of the least polluted in the country, offers fishing, canoeing and swimming in its clean waters and small waterfalls. Less than a kilometre away is the fishing town of Vila Praia de Âncora, with a wide beach suitable for surfing and kitesurfing. The Serra d'Arga is also nearby. The campsite has a restaurant, bar, barbecues, hot-water showers, electricity, a laundry with washing machine and wifi.
