It operates as a gated residential complex with modern bungalows for stays with family or friends. Its facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, tennis courts, a restaurant and a children's playground. There is also an auditorium for conferences and a pine-wood area. In summer it offers entertainment with swimming, theatre, music and dance activities. Dogs are accepted and Wi-Fi is available.
