Camping Caldas das Taipas is at Largo das Termas, in the town of Caldas das Taipas, municipality of Guimarães (Braga, Portugal). The campsite is run by Taipas Turitermas, a cooperative that also manages the Taipas Thermal Establishment. Campers have access to a sauna and hot-water showers. One of its distinctive features is its direct proximity to the Thermal Spa, which offers an extensive menu of treatments and wellness programmes, therapeutic thermalism and a health clinic with physiotherapy, clinical tests and other specialities. The campsite is seasonal: it opens from June to September, and the exact opening and closing dates are announced each year, so it is best to check them before travelling.
