Description of the campsite
Camping Monti del Sole is set in a large wooded area of 80,000 m², at 400 metres above sea level and 5 km from Narni, a medieval town in Umbria. Founded more than 50 years ago on the initiative of a camper (campeggiatore), it offers pitches, apartments and safari tents, as well as glamping areas. Its facilities include a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, sports field, playground, petanque, ping pong and football. Dogs are allowed and there are hiking trails. With electricity available on the pitches, it is a starting point for visiting the Cascata delle Marmore and Lago di Piediluco 20 km away, Spoleto and Todi 30 km away, and Orvieto 50 km away.
