For the 2026 season, opening is planned from 21 May to 21 September. It offers a variety of accommodation: lodges (Premium, Superior and Top), Air Dream Suite, glamping tents (Coco Sweet, Coco Marze and Woody) and pitches of 60 to 100 m². Its facilities include a pool, restaurant, bar, entertainment, adventure park, gym, bike rental, laundry and wifi. Dogs are accepted. The nearby beach rounds off the offer for an outdoor holiday between the pine forest and the Maremma coast during the season.
