Description of the campsite
Camping Moosbauer, founded in 1957, is in Bolzano, in the Trentino-Alto Adige (South Tyrol) region, at Via San Maurizio 83, with entrance from Via Merano 101. It offers four categories of pitches, including category D, an XL pitch with a private bathroom. The campsite has taken an ecological approach with green energy, saltwater pools and heat recovery. It has a restaurant serving regional and seasonal cuisine, a supermarket, a bakery, a swimming pool and a children's pool, a playground, table football, ping pong and wifi, and dogs are allowed. Since 2010 it has developed the LernCamping concept, an educational campsite. The tent area is available from May to September for guests arriving by bicycle or on foot, with a maximum stay of two nights.
