Description of the campsite
Camping Orta, founded in 1959, was the first campsite built on Lake Orta. It is located in Orta San Giulio, Novara, Piedmont, on a bend of the lake, set in a green park of 35,000 m². It offers three types of pitch: standard, standard lake and directly on the lake, some with shade. The family management ensures a friendly welcome. Facilities include bungalows, a restaurant, bar and terrace, supermarket, laundry, wifi, playground, library, billiards, table tennis and table football. There is also bicycle and surf equipment rental, with rafting or canoeing. It has hot showers, baby bath and changing facilities, access adapted for people with reduced mobility, and dogs are allowed. The lake and the beach are also nearby.
