Description of the campsite
Campeggio Treinke is in Sauris, between the hamlets of Sauris di Sotto and Sauris di Sopra, at 1,300 metres above sea level and surrounded by forest. It has 70 independent pitches, suitable for larger caravans and family tents. The communal areas are heated with biomass from a neighbouring plant. Facilities include baby bath and changing facilities, barbecues, electricity, laundry, a children's playground, recycling, water points, toilets and wifi, and dogs are allowed. The surroundings, with a sky full of stars, were recognised by Astronomitaly as one of the most beautiful in Italy, ideal for night-time stargazing.
