Description of the campsite
Camping Rio Verde is in Pievepelago, in the Emilia-Romagna region, a stone's throw from the village centre and on the banks of the Scoltenna stream. It offers wooden bungalows with two or three bedrooms, apartments for 2 to 8 people and pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, set in meadow or pine woodland. The campsite has hot showers, a laundry, a restaurant and electricity on the pitch, and dogs are welcome. A few minutes away are the football pitches, tennis courts and the municipal pool, while the ski slopes are just a few kilometres away, making it possible to combine relaxing by the river with sporting activities. Its mountain setting makes it a good starting point for exploring the Apennines.
