Description of the campsite
Camping Les Cent Chênes is in Saint-Jeannet, in the Alpes-Maritimes department of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, in the heart of the Nice backcountry, at the foot of the famous baou (rocky crag) of Saint-Jeannet. It is a campsite with a pool and a bar, plus air-conditioned bungalow accommodation and shaded pitches, and offers takeaway food and a bakery. It has a motorhome service point, toilets and a chemical toilet disposal point. The setting, between the sea, limestone cliffs and the hanging villages of the backcountry, invites walks up the baou and exploring the Nice hinterland, between Nice and the upper Var valley. The opening season is not confirmed; check it before travelling to the inland French Riviera in search of nature and calm.
