Camping Le Mas is in Martigues, in the Bouches-du-Rhône département, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, close to the beach, beside the Étang de Berre lagoon, in the so-called Provençal Venice. It is a seasonal campsite that has a bar, bungalow accommodation, takeaway food and a gym, as well as pétanque, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a supermarket and Wi-Fi. Martigues is known as the Provençal Venice for its canals and bridges, and it has inspired many painters with the quality of its Mediterranean light. Its lagoon and coastal surroundings invite walks along the canals of Martigues and along the beach, in the western French Riviera (Côte d'Azur).
