Camping du Pont d'Avignon is in Avignon, in the Vaucluse département of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, on the island of Barthelasse, between the Rhône and the city of the popes. It is a seasonal campsite with an adult pool and a children's pool, plus a restaurant with a terrace bar, a bar, a supermarket and a bakery, and offers air-conditioned bungalow accommodation. It has billiards, football, tennis, a sports field, pétanque and a table tennis table, with a playground. It offers hot showers, toilets, wifi, a motorhome service point and bike rental, accepts dogs and has adaptations for people with reduced mobility. Its riverside setting invites walks along the bank and visits to the famous bridge and the Palace of the Popes during the summer season.
