The Gulf of Saint-Tropez opens between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez itself, with Grimaud watching over the landscape from its medieval castle and the Maures massif closing off the horizon of cork oak woods. Camping Domaine du Golfe de Saint Tropez has air conditioning, bungalows, a restaurant and takeaway food, a pool, tennis courts and pétanque, hiking in the Maures, a spa, a TV room, wifi and a naturist area. Pets are allowed. The beach on the gulf is a short distance away, as is the harbour of Saint-Tropez with its sailing-boat atmosphere. It is advisable to check the season's opening dates with the campsite before travelling.
