Description of the campsite
From the heights of Saumur, Camping Huttopia Saumur looks over the Loire from a protected 12-hectare site, at the entrance to the Parc Naturel Régional Loire-Anjou-Touraine. It has 169 pitches: 117 without accommodation, 15 high-comfort pitches for caravans and 37 for rental accommodation (gypsy caravans, bungalows, chalets or tents). Two pools, a Centre de Vie and a terrace set the pace; outside, the Anjou-Saumur vineyards can be explored by bike right from the campsite, and the Val de Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its troglodyte sites, is nearby. The town centre is 15 minutes by car and the Cadre Noir de Saumur is among the places to visit. It is in Maine-et-Loire and is open from late April to late September.
