Camping municipal du Fort des Salles is in Mayet, in the Sarthe department of the Pays de la Loire region, beside a lake, in the heart of the Loir valley countryside, in the land of the Jasnières vineyards. It is a seasonal municipal campsite with bungalow accommodation and shaded pitches, as well as fishing, and it offers hot showers, electricity, a motorhome service point and toilets. It has facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility and accepts cards. Hiking is available. Its lakeside, rural setting invites walks along the water's edge and the discovery of the heritage of the Loir valley and the Jasnières vineyards, close to La Flèche and the château du Lude.
