Description of the campsite
Pont-de-Salars, in the Aveyron, sits on the Lévézou plateau, a land of pastures, reservoirs and clean air well above sea level. Parc Camping du Lac makes the most of this closeness to the water by offering a fishing area by the lake, as well as a bar and restaurant to recharge after hiking trails in the surrounding area. The plateau invites you to wander along paths between grasslands and small reservoirs, with open views towards the neighbouring causses (limestone plateaus). Season information changes every year, so phoning before leaving home is the surest way to avoid a disappointment.
