Description of the campsite
Argelès-sur-Mer adds to its fine sandy beach a centuries-old pine wood that runs almost down to the water, on the northern stretch of the Côte Vermeille, with the first foothills of the Pyrenees appearing inland in Roussillon. Camping Taxo Les Pins has air-conditioned accommodation, bungalows and a bar with takeaway food, a playground, fishing and pétanque, as well as a pool, a restaurant, a supermarket, television and wifi. There are hiking trails in the nearby hills. The beach is very close to the site. It is a very complete family base on one of the busiest stretches of the French Catalan coast. The campsite has no confirmed exact dates: it is best to ask the site directly.
