Description of the campsite
Agde lies beside the extinct volcano of Mont Saint-Loup, whose dark rock is still used in the region's traditional construction, among vineyards and the coast of Cap d'Agde. Camping Mer et Soleil has air conditioning, a bar, barbecues, bungalows, takeaway food, a playground, pétanque, ping pong, a pool, a restaurant, a spa, a supermarket, television and wifi; dogs are allowed and the beach is nearby. The old port, built of dark volcanic stone, contrasts with the sandy coast that opens towards Cap d'Agde.
