Description of the campsite
Domaine Amaïa, in Saint-Aubin-de-Nabirat (Dordogne), is an adults-only campsite in the heart of the Périgord Noir, between Sarlat and Rocamadour, which opened in 2026 on the grounds of the former Camping Le Marcassin. Its main offer is unusual accommodation among the trees: cabins on stilts and wooden chalets with air conditioning and a terrace. It also has fewer than ten pitches for self-contained motorhomes and campervans, of 28 to 36 m², with an electric hook-up and a water point nearby; it does not accept caravans or tents, has no waste disposal point, and the maximum stay on a pitch is 7 nights. It has a heated outdoor swimming pool (from mid-April to the end of October), homemade breakfasts and meal baskets, an electric car charger and a pétanque court, and accepts pets under certain conditions. Open all year round, by prior reservation.
