Les Arbousiers occupies a corner of Andernos-les-Bains, on the north shore of Arcachon Bay (Bassin d'Arcachon), the Atlantic bay famous for its oyster farms and its wooden jetties that stretch out into the water at low tide. The campsite offers bungalows and glamping for those who prefer not to bring their own tent, with communal barbecues, a playground and a swimming pool for summer afternoons. The beach is very close, with views of the Pilat dune across the bay on clear days. Dogs are allowed, which is common on this stretch of the bay.
