Seignosse, the birthplace of some of the best waves on the French Atlantic coast, combines internationally famous surfing beaches with the freshwater lakes that dot the forested interior of the Landes. Camping L'Étang Blanc, beside one of those lakes, offers air-conditioned accommodation, as well as a bar and takeaway food service. The pool and children's area round off the family offer, and the pétanque area and fishing fill the quiet afternoons. Dogs are allowed, and hiking routes run through both the forest and the nearby coast. Before booking, please confirm the exact season dates with the campsite.
