Description of the campsite
Camping Bois et Nature is in Royère-de-Vassivière, in the Creuse department of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, beside Lake Vassivière, in the green heart of the Limousin, in the middle of the Massif Central. It is a campsite open all year with bungalow accommodation, plus horse riding and rafting or canoeing, and offers barbecues and a laundry. Its lakeside and forest setting, between the largest lake in the Massif Central, the woods and the island of Vassivière with its contemporary art centre, invites bike rides along the shore, swimming and water activities in the natural surroundings of the Limousin.
