Description of the campsite
Kotaventure is in Le Mesnil-Villement, in the Calvados department of the Normandy region, beside a river, in the countryside of Normandy Switzerland, in the green heart of the bocage. It is a seasonal campsite with a restaurant, bungalow accommodation and glamping options, plus a jacuzzi and sauna, and offers fishing, rafting or canoeing, bike rental and hiking. Its riverside and forest setting, along the River Noireau, among woods and the rocky cliffs of Normandy Switzerland, invites walks along the bank, trips down the river and discovery of the villages and vineyards of the Vire area in the height of summer, beside the water and the nature of the Norman bocage in southern Normandy.
