Description of the campsite
Camping municipal de la Sélune is in Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouët, in the Manche département of the Normandy region, beside a river, in the heart of the Norman bocage (hedged farmland), right on the border between the Cotentin and the Mortainais. It is a seasonal municipal campsite with horse riding, fishing, pétanque, a table tennis table and a playground, and it offers barbecues, a motorhome service point, television and wifi. It has adaptations for people with reduced mobility. Dogs are accepted and hiking is on offer. Its riverside, rural setting invites walks along the banks of the Sélune and exploring the villages of the Norman bocage in the height of summer beside the water and the green nature of the south of the Cotentin peninsula.
