Description of the campsite
Le Rozel is home to one of the largest moving dunes in Europe, a ridge of sand that the wind slowly pushes over the nearby woodland, in the very heart of the Norman Cotentin, facing an open, windy sea ideal for kitesurfing. Camping Le Ranch has bungalows, a bar and a restaurant with takeaway food, as well as an outdoor and an indoor pool, a sauna and a spa for relaxing, and hiking trails that climb the dune itself. There is wifi throughout the site and the beach is a short step from the campsite. It is an active base for wind sports and walks in one of the most distinctive dune landscapes in France.
