Description of the campsite
Camping des Capucines is in Ranville, in the Calvados department, Normandy region, beside the Caen canal and the Orne river, near Pegasus Bridge and the sites of the Allied landings in Normandy. It has wifi. Its surroundings of Orne floodplains and historic villages invite walks along the canal, visits to the memorial sites of the Liberation and the discovery of Bénouville and the neighbouring towns, very close to the Calvados coast.
