Between Caen and Bayeux, 25 km from the D-Day beaches, Camping Le Clos de Balleroy offers greenery and a good family atmosphere. The mobile homes sleep 2 to 8 people; the heated indoor pool has a hydromassage area and a paddling pool, and children have a playground, a trampoline and a kids' club in July and August. A few minutes' walk away is the 17th-century Balleroy castle, with its gardens; Bayeux is 15 km away, and the Cerisy forest invites you out on excursions. It is in Balleroy, in Calvados, and is open from early April to late September.
