Description of the campsite
Camping Les Araucarias is in Carlepont, in the Oise department of the Hauts-de-France region, in the heart of the Compiègne countryside, beside the Compiègne forest and the Armistice Clearing. It is a seasonal campsite, quiet and peaceful, with accommodation in bungalows and shaded pitches, as well as horse riding and fishing, and it offers hot showers, a motorhome service point and toilets. Chemical toilets are available. Its forest and rural setting, among woods, meadows and fields, invites walks in the Compiègne forest and exploring the Armistice Clearing and the nearby Compiègne château in the height of summer, surrounded by the nature of southern Picardy.
