Description of the campsite
Camping Lac des Vieilles Forges is in Les Mazures, in the Ardennes department of the Grand Est region, beside a lake, in the heart of the Ardennes forest. Part of the Homair chain, it is a large seasonal campsite with an outdoor pool, an indoor pool and a children's pool, plus a bar, and offers bungalow accommodation. It has a gym, basketball, football, aerobics, fishing, pétanque, a table tennis table and a playground, with barbecues, takeaway food, a supermarket, a bakery, a laundry, baby bath and changing facilities, a solarium and wifi. Dogs are allowed and there are adaptations for people with reduced mobility, with an entertainment programme. Its lakeside and forest setting invites bike rides along the shore and swimming in the height of summer, beside the water.
