Sagone opens onto the gulf of the same name, on the west coast of Corsica between Ajaccio and Cargèse, with a shoreline of dark sand and calm waters less well known than the east of the island. Camping Le Sagone Resort has two swimming pools, one of them indoor, to enjoy the water even on windy days, as well as a restaurant so you don't have to bother with cooking. The television in the common areas is useful on quiet evenings. The bungalows are a comfortable alternative for those who prefer not to pitch a tent, and the beach is a step from the site.
