Description of the campsite
Porto-Vecchio combines the flavour of its salt pans and its Genoese old town with the fame of beaches such as Palombaggia and Santa Giulia, at the south-eastern tip of Corsica, surrounded by maquis (Mediterranean scrubland) and pine woods. Camping Cupulatta offers a complete stay: air-conditioned bungalows, a pool, a gym and a spa, a bar with takeaway food, a supermarket and a playground. Hiking lets you explore the Corsican maquis, while pétanque enlivens the afternoons at the campsite. Dogs are allowed, and wifi is available. The beach is close, although the most famous ones in the area require a drive. The Mediterranean setting and the native vegetation shape the character of this part of the island. The campsite opens in season; it is best to confirm the exact dates.
