Description of the campsite
Camping Municipal Grève de Loire de Chaumont-sur-Loire is in Chaumont-sur-Loire, in the Loir-et-Cher department of the Centre-Val de Loire region, next to a river, right at the gateway to the Chaumont park and its International Garden Festival, in the heart of the châteaux area. It is a seasonal municipal campsite, pitches only, some of them shaded (it does not rent out accommodation), and offers a laundry, a motorhome service point, canoeing or rafting, hiking and wifi. It has facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility. Its riverside, heritage setting is ideal for walks around the Chaumont gardens and for exploring the Loire châteaux.
