Erdeven shares with neighbouring Carnac the megalithic tradition of the Morbihan: its own Kerzerho alignments gather hundreds of menhirs in a pine forest, a short distance from the town's Atlantic beaches. Camping Municipal de Kerhillio offers a simple setup beside Kerhillio beach, with a motorhome service point, and dogs are allowed. It is a municipal campsite without major facilities, designed for those who want beach and nature without complications, on a stretch of coast less crowded than Carnac-Plage. Coastal paths make it possible to walk or cycle a good part of the shoreline between Erdeven and Plouharnel.
