Carnac holds one of the largest megalithic complexes in Europe, with thousands of menhirs aligned in rows that have crossed the Breton landscape for more than five thousand years, in the heart of the Morbihan. Camping Le Lac is set near this prehistoric site with a swimming pool, bungalows for those without their own equipment and television in the common areas for rest days. Dogs are welcome throughout the site, and the spa area invites you to relax after visiting the Ménec and Kermario alignments. Carnac-Plage beach is a short trip away, completing a stay that combines ancient archaeology and the Atlantic coast in the same corner of Brittany.
