Camaret-sur-Mer looks out over the Iroise Sea from the tip of the Crozon peninsula, with the pointe de Pen-Hir closing the horizon to the west in one of the most photographed corners of Brittany. Camping Le Grand Large offers bungalows, glamping tents and a bar with a takeaway food service, along with a playground and an outdoor pool and an indoor one. Dogs are allowed and hiking follows the coastal path around the headland. The restaurant and pétanque complete the offer. The campsite is open for the full season, so it is best to book in good time if travelling in high summer.
