Camping des Vallées is in Saint-Brieuc, the capital of Côtes-d'Armor, overlooking a bay famous for its tides, among the widest in Europe, which leave kilometres of sand exposed at low tide. The site has a very comprehensive offer: a bar, billiards, takeaway food, glamping and bungalows, a sauna and spa, a supermarket and wifi, as well as a playground, and dogs are allowed. Hiking along the coast towards Cap Fréhel is a classic excursion from here. As the season status is not yet confirmed, it is best to ask directly about the opening dates.
