Fouesnant brings together some of the most prized beaches of southern Brittany, with the Beg-Meil headland as a viewpoint towards the Glénan archipelago, visible on clear days. Camping de la Piscine, true to its name, offers outdoor and indoor swimming pools as its main draw, as well as bungalows and a spa for relaxing after a day at the beach. Dogs are allowed, and hiking lets you follow the coastal path that runs along the whole Finistère coastline, between coves and pine woods. The beach is close, a short walk away, which makes it easy to alternate between swimming in the pool and the open sea. Concarneau, with its walled town, is also a short trip away.
