Description of the campsite
Camping de la Fontaine is in Larmor-Plage, right at the mouth of the Lorient estuary, one of the busiest fishing and naval ports in Brittany. The beach that gives the town its name stretches a short step from the site, with views of the sailing boats and fishing boats entering and leaving the estuary. The campsite offers an ideal setting to rest after walks along the seafront promenade. Ploemeur and its kitesurf coves are very close, as is the historic centre of Lorient, rebuilt after the war. As the season status has not yet been determined, it is best to ask directly about the opening dates.
