Description of the campsite
Fréhel crowns one of the most spectacular capes on the Breton Côte d'Émeraude (Emerald Coast), with cliffs more than seventy metres above the sea and a seabird reserve that attracts birdwatchers from all over Europe. Camping d'Armor is set near Pléhérel-Plage, in the municipality of Fréhel, with direct access to the beach as the main attraction of this part of Brittany. It is a simple campsite, without large added facilities, designed for those seeking the wild coast of the Côtes-d'Armor without the bustle of Dinard or Saint-Malo. The coastal path that skirts the cape offers some of the best views in all of northern Brittany, with the Fréhel lighthouse as the finishing point of the walk.
