Camping de l'Étang du Merle is in Crux-la-Ville, in the Nièvre department of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, beside a lake, in the heart of the Morvan, between the forests and ponds of the Burgundy mountains. It is a seasonal campsite with an adult pool and a children's pool, a supermarket and accommodation in bungalows, as well as fishing, an adventure park, a table tennis table and a playground, and it offers a bakery, takeaway food, a library, a laundry, electrical hook-up on the pitch, wifi and hiking. It has facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility and offers canoeing or rafting.
